Seakeeper advises yearly maintenance to keep your equipment in good condition and avoid unexpected issues or expensive repairs.

An annual maintenance/service is comprised of the following:

​

· Inspect hydraulic brake manifold and fittings

​

· Inspect hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic hose fittings

​

· Inspect and replace hydraulic pressure accumulators if needed

​

· Flush and bleed hydraulic system- change hydraulic fluid /pressurize to factory specifications

​

· Inspect brake bushings for wear

​

· Check angle sensor calibration

​

· Inspect Electrical Components, Connections, and Cables

​

· Inspect seawater pump and strainer -check for proper flow rate.

​

· Check glycol pump for proper flow

​

· Inspect Cooling Hoses

​

· Flush glycol cooling system, bleed and refill system to proper level

​

· Replace Zincs

​

· Update system software
